Hi fam,

Two weeks ago, New York. Snow falling in the kind of silence that makes a whole city feel temporary. Like a Saul Leiter photograph, the city going blurry at the edges, color bleeding through or the kind of snowJames Baldwin wrote inside of.

This week, it was nearly 25°C (I believe that’s around 75°F). Jacket off, windows open, picnic in the park, something in the air that smells like beginning. Like a reset. Like the actual new year.

I'm home now. But those weeks in New York are still with me, the way a city can hold winter and spring in the same breath. Like a bipolar boyfriend.

Spring arrives in the body before it arrives anywhere else and me? I felt it through my bones.

Living systems read the light and reorganize before any conscious decision is made. Trees. Mycelium. Migratory birds. Your creative restlessness. Robin Wall Kimmerer calls this reciprocity: you and the land already in the same conversation, responding to the same cues, whether you're paying attention or not.

This is, my friends: the urge to start something, finish something, finally do the thing you've been circling for months, it feels like anxiety, but I would rather call it seasonal intelligence, the fire within. Your nervous system already knows it’s time to get that project done and published.

January makes promises. Spring is when they actually get kept.

Now. The practical layer.

Q2-Q3 is where editorial and commercial budgets get spent. Organizations that have been holding funding since January start making decisions in April, May and June. Commissioners, commercial clients, editors: allocating right now, before fiscal years close. The photographers who are visible, positioned, and pitch-ready in Q2 are the ones who get those calls in Q3. Basically, this time of the year is crucial.

The ones still getting their portfolio together in June are watching from the sidelines wondering when they’ll get hired.

(I say this with love. And zero sugarcoating.)

This week I'm making it as easy as possible for you to get positioned before that window closes. Four offerings, open through April 10 at midnight, at the deepest discounts I've ever offered.

So what’s the sale?

The Foundation Bundle — €1,100 (normally €1,500, you save €400)

Four sessions: portfolio audit, bio rewrite, full online presence review, plus the grant database and pitching guide. If the way you're showing up online doesn't match the quality of what you're actually making — this is where that changes. Before Q2 ends.

From Chaos to Clarity — Early Access — €1,100 (public enrollment opens at €1,400)

The new cohort just kicked off with five incredible photographers. If you want in for the next one (starting in September!), you lock your spot now. Immediate access to the full grant database, all bonus materials, ebook on narrative, and a private 1:1 kick-off session (€250 value). That's €550 in added value for committing early.

Creative Authority 1:1 — €2,500 (normally €3,000)

Twelve sessions. One-on-one. Full signature AWE (Awaken, Work, Emerge) Method. One project taken from the first real question all the way to pitch-ready, grant strategy, narrative development, positioning. The complete thing. After April 10 the price goes back up. No exceptions.

The Legacy Mastermind — €7,225 (normally €8,500, you save €1,275)

Payment plan available. Photo rights, contracts, negotiation, money work, business architecture, narrative deep dive, PLUS: everything in Creative Authority 1:1 and then some. One grant, one editorial retainer, one licensing deal covers this investment. The photographers doing that math are the ones booking calls.

All four live at laurabeltranvillamizar.me through April 10 at midnight.

Not sure which one fits where you are right now? Book a free 30-minute call and we'll figure it out together. I want you to succeed!

With love,

Until next time,

Lola
